Green Sparrow Properties (GSP) is a real estate services firm. We specialize in turning run-down and distressed properties into cash-producing assets.
We provide high, predictable returns for our investors secured by actively-managed, cash-flowing real estate projects. This is achieved by purchasing below market, value-add properties. These properties are either rehabbed for quick sale (flipped), sold directly to other investors immediately (wholesale), or rehabbed and rented. For our rentals, we work hard to attract a responsible, stable tenant base.
To our tenants, we provide beautiful, well maintained, and safe properties at an affordable rate. And to our business partners, we provide consistent follow-through, honesty, and integrity in all that we do.
Our founder Tim worked as a real estate agent in Colorado for a brief time before focusing his efforts full time on the investing side of real estate. So rest assured, our staff is committed, knowledgeable, and capable of helping you with all of your real estate needs!
